The Extension provides productivity tools that assist users in creating AI-generated videos and images on supported third-party platforms (Grok.com). The Extension is offered as a free tool with optional paid features.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension.
• Use the extension to violate any third-party platform's terms of service.

4. Paid Features

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is displayed clearly before any transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to xAI, X Corp (Grok), or any other third-party platform. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that may affect extension functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with future platform updates, or specific results from use of the extension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to data loss, platform bans, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
