2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- The extension does not function as described on its product page.
- A technical issue on our end prevents the extension from working and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
- The extension stopped working due to changes made by a third-party platform (Grok.com, etc.) that are outside our control.
- The issue is caused by your browser configuration, system settings, or incompatible software.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- A subscription has already been partially used during the billing period.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings with Stripe. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out at [email protected] with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
6. Payment Processors
All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
